Interact Clubs work both locally and internationally. Within their own communities, clubs may connect with their sponsor Rotary Club and other local non-profits to provide their Interactors with volunteer opportunities.

Clubs must organize at least two service projects annually. Service projects aid the local or international community through one of Rotary’s Six Areas of Focus.

Many clubs opt to provide opportunities to their members outside of volunteering. Some ideas conducted in the past include: bringing in featured speakers to meetings, homework and college application workshops, and social events.
